Placed in its upright position, the Croyde Positioning Pillow delivers a supported backrest elevation position of 60°.
This innovative design eliminates the constant problem of trying to find stacks of pillows to support the woman when sitting.
The beads shape and mould around the back, neck, shoulders and head to provide optimum comfort.
Placed in its secondary position, the Croyde Positioning Pillow delivers a supported backrest elevation position of 30°.
This shallower angle is excellent for resting, examination/palpation and conforms to individual body shapes for maximum comfort.
The pillow can be used to support additional positions during labour and delivery.
It can also support women experimenting with breastfeeding techniques and post-natal positioning exploration.
The Croyde Positioning Pillow is covered in a high quality, medical-grade fabric that is designed to be wiped down in-between use in the room.
It is compatible with hospital wipes and chlorine-based solutions and is highly durable. The zip is also fully covered by a double waterfall protection flap
All seams are sealed and additionally protected by PU tape which is monolithically bonded into the material during the manufacturing process.
This makes the fabric seamless, one-piece and gives the fabric extra strength and durability to further resist fluid ingress.
The Croyde Positioning Pillow also helps to support advanced & active positioning with delivery beds.
