The beautiful colour palette cycles through 11 colours on a 10-minute cycle, which can help midwives when monitoring a person’s labour progress.
HOW?
Simply take note of the Mood Tube’s current colour and begin counting contractions from that moment. When the same colour appears again, 10 minutes will have passed.
WHY?
Not only does this visual guide support midwives monitoring labour, but with each colour shift, the birthing individual is also empowered to identify their contraction timings, increasing awareness of their labour progression.
